Both parents are alive but are very poor. His father is disabled from an accident that caused him to lose one of his arms. His mother does not work either. His parents decided to bring him and his sister to this ministry while they were still young so they would have an easier time at adapting and be there before they started school to get them in the support system from the beginning of their education.
