Her parents lived in a small village. Her mother divorced her father and went looking for work in Kampala and found a job as a housemaid. She stayed with her father and step-mother. Her step-mother would abuse her and overwork her. Her mother was eventually able to go back to her village with the help of her boss and get Bridget and her sister Jacky and brother Allan and bring them to Another Hope Childern's Ministries. |
