Whitney's father got an accident and he was stopped from work. The mother was chased away from their rented house because she could not pay the rent. She started sleeping in church with her two kids, Whitney being the youngest. She sleeps on the floor and begs from others what to eat. Whitney was found with jiggers and was malnourished.
